Returns policy

I want you to love your Mad Nomad garments. If something isn't quite right, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll work together to find the best solution for you.

Ready made garments (Pop-ups & Online):

These pieces are pre-made in set sizes and ship to you at no extra cost. If you'd like to return or exchange a ready made garment due to the fit, the following options are available to you, provided the garment is unworn and in original condition.

  • Exchange it for another ready made piece;
  • Receive a store credit toward a made-to-order garment (helpful if you love the style but prefer a different size); or
  • Request a full refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on ready made garments. (I recommend a tracked service for peace of mind.)

Customised made-to-order garments:

These pieces are made specifically for you, so they are final sale. However, if the fit isn't quite right, please let me know. I want your garment to feel amazing!

As part of our made-to-order service you'll receive a return courier bag with your parcel. If a significant fit adjustment is needed, I'll arrange pickup, complete the alteration, and send it back to you at no extra charge.

Note: This is reserved for rare occasions where the fit may need an adjustment, and not for optional style tweaks. But please rest easy knowing I'll take care of you if something doesn't feel right.

Faulty Items:

If your garment arrives with a fault, please email me within 7 days with photos and a description. If it cannot be repaired, I will arrange a replacement or refund. 

Limited Edition Fabrics:

I often source fabrics in limited quantities to keep my designs exclusive and to reduce waste. If you request an exchange for an item made from a fabric that is no longer available, I will do my best to offer an alternative from my current fabric selection. If no suitable alternative is available, I can issue you a store credit or refund as per our policy.
